MS-MLB: An Open Machine Learning Benchmark for Blood-Based MS Classification

The benchmark is introduced in an arXiv paper (2608.05196v1) from the cs.LG domain. MS is typically diagnosed via clinical assessment, MRI, and laboratory tests, and blood RNA classifiers are not intended to replace clinical diagnosis but may capture disease-associated immune signals. MS-MLB offers a reproducible open framework for the research community to develop and compare machine learning models on blood-based MS classification.
